At Totality Medispa & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade skincare products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
Request Authorization
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship Item Back
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns processing center located at our flagship medispa facility.
Receive Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
